James Harman, Managing Member, has 35 years of construction experience and has worked on over 400 construction sites in the state of Washington. Of these, most notably the BP oil refinery in Bellingham, WA, Toshiba Chip processing plant Puyallup, WA and the complete development and construction of 300 residential units through out the South Puget Sound. James has surrounded himself with a team of leaders and experts in their relative fields to actively manage all of the company’s construction sites and office headquarters. This allows his team to fully coordinate: plans, specifications and permits, prepare budget estimates, and value engineering reviews of completed plans. As the project moves forward, we complete all construction activities, obtain finalization of all required regulatory approvals and constantly deliver performance, integrity, and safety.
